At American Express Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
